Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
🚚 Shipping Times
United States
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.
International
Estimated delivery is 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
Note: Delivery times may be impacted by weather, customs, seasonal demand, or other global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make changes.

Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t update shipping details once the order has been dispatched.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at ormira@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
